Welcome back to my blog, This week we started working on a business for our Kiwi Innovator task. We got the choice to do it with a buddy or by ourselves, I chose to do it with a buddy.
I am really nervous because we have to present it on Tuesday in front of our class and then in front of all the teachers on Wednesday.

Welcome back to my blog this term we have been working on our speeches. A couple days ago we got the choice to share our speeches in front of our home group or in front of our teacher and 1 friend, I chose to do my speech in front of my homegroup teacher because I felt really nervous presenting my speech but when I had finished it wasn't so bad.

So yesterday at school me and most of my class made a potato picker. So we got to pick if we did it online a drawing or in real life, I chose to do it in real life. But there was a rule that if you did it in real life, you were only allowed to use stuff available to the Maori back then, like rocks, plants, sticks, flax, shells, and leaves. During literacy this week we went on kiwi kids news and read a article about a everyday object turned into a better object this one was about a straw turned into a hicaway, A hicaway is a straw that stops hiccups. Anyway after we read the news article we answered some questions to go with it and then we got to make our own creation, mine is a book that has a automatic button on the front and when you want to continue reading your book you can just click the button and carry on! Last week I read a story called In the end, it was about war and someone passing away, I liked the story but it was a bit unusual. Anyway once we read the story we answered some questions to go with it and then we made a storyboard about one of our favorite scenes, I chose this scene below because I think its got a nice message to it.

We had 10 tasks to do. what we did was use the explore tool to find out the information that we needed to use.
Some of the tools we used were the explore tool, voice typing, page setup, special characters, and much much more.
